Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026 · IGN Inc., CA Public Adjuster License #6002398

These Terms govern your use of the Claimeo website and client portal operated by IGN Inc., a California-licensed public adjusting firm. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

What Claimeo is

Claimeo is the technology platform through which IGN Inc. provides public adjusting services for first-party residential property insurance claims in California. Submitting information through the site starts an inquiry; it does not by itself create a representation relationship.

The representation agreement controls

Public adjusting services are provided only under a written representation agreement signed by you, on the form required by California law. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls — including fees, the scope of our services, and your cancellation rights.

Not legal, tax, or coverage advice

Content on this site is general information about the claims process. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or a promise of coverage. Only your insurance carrier determines coverage under your policy, and only a licensed attorney can advise you on legal rights such as whether to file a lawsuit. Results described on this site are examples and do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Your account and your content

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other clients’ data, probe or disrupt the service, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the security of the platform or other clients.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGN Inc.’s liability arising out of the use of the website is limited to the amount you paid to use the website (the website itself is free); this limitation does not apply to our obligations under a signed representation agreement, which are governed by that agreement and California law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes about the website lies in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
